How to order service

Service. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by our Terms of Service. Please also note that all new accounts
are subject to verification. Any fraud or misrepresentation of account information will be
grounds for immediate suspension of service.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard,
American Express, Discover, Carte Blanche, Diners Club), online checks, e-gold, and
PayPal. See below for payment instructions.
Account activation & setup:
WebPro and VPS accounts are
instantly setup upon credit card payment authorization.
True Dedicated Servers are built upon your paid and verified order being
received, but are setup instantly on our best server hardware while your brand new server
is being built. This ensures you get only the newest hardware. It also means that you can
start using your service right away. It could take up to three weeks for the manufacturer
to build the system, ship it to us, and for us install the hardware that will be dedicated
to you. When your dedicated server hardware is ready, your data will be transparently
migrated to the new server hardware with no work on your part, no DNS changes, and no
interruption of service beyond just a few seconds as part of the migration process. Please

vary depending on the size of the order and the time it takes for you to get the equipment
