Access files on your web hosting account like it were a local hard drive! Works with FTP and SFTP (SSH).

• Use the standard Windows file management utilities such as Windows Explorer instead of cumbersome FTP clients.

• With WebDrive, any program that can access a Windows drive letter (like "C:\", for instance) can save and retrieve files on your web hosting account.

• Great for creating off site backups of your office computers using standard backup software like Windows Backup!

• Another great use is secure interoffice file sharing over the Internet without complicated Virtual Private Networks. Just put one licensed copy on each PC and set them to both map a drive letter to the same FTP or SFTP account.

Remote files are cached for quick access. Files being copied to the WebDrive are transferred in the background and are also cached locally for quick access on the local PC. The software automatically logs in to the specified FTP or SFTP account associated with the WebDrive when necessary. No user interaction is required aside from the initial configuration of the WebDrive. Extensive options allow advanced users to configure exactly how the software handles file caching and other functions.
